If there’s one thing I love, it’s snacking. What I don’t love is stuffing myself full of empty cals. I’m always looking for healthy snacks that not only satisfy my munchies, but actually do something good for my body! Some of my favs include celery and raw almond butter, jicama with lime, raw sprouted almonds, Green Chia Kombucha, coconut H2O, and my new fav… Brussel Bytes!
These things are stupid good! My nutritionist introduced me to them and I’m so so happy she did! They are raw, organic, gluten free, and freaking delicious. They’re made of brussel sprouts ← duh, pumpkin seeds, coconut, and deliciousness. I know… who knew coconut + brussel sprouts = the tastiest treat ever?!?
